The handling of dry bulks is one of the mainstays of the ports industry. Dry-bulk cargoes which are handled by ABP�s ports on a regular basis include agribulks, animal feed, coal, cement, limestone, aggregates, powdered chemicals and ball clay, among others. At Humber International Terminal, located at ABP�s Port of Immingham, vessels carrying in excess of 100,000 tonnes of dry-bulks cargo, most of it coal, can be routinely handled, thanks to the terminal�s multi-purpose, deep-water riverside berths.
